Abstract

This study discusses the importance of service quality, price and partial and simultaneous facilities for patient satisfaction. With product quality, service and price as independent variables and patient satisfaction as the dependent variable. The type of research used is explanatory, the population in this study were patients who had been treated at Pasirian Hospital with samples obtained by 40 people. Analysis of the data used is Multiple Linear Regression, instrument test and classic assumption test. The results of service quality research have a value of t count 2.164 (sig. 0.037 <0.05) the price has a value of t count 1.310 (sig. 0.199> 0.05) facilities that have a value of t count 2.235 (sig. 0.032 <0.05) which Searching for service quality and facilities have a significant effect on patient satisfaction, while partial prices have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. With simultaneous service quality, prices and facilities are significant for patient satisfaction. It is proven by the large F count of 3.054 with the sig value. F (0.041 <0.05).
