The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of work behavior, leadership style,
technology and work environment on employee performance, either partially orsimultaneously. And to prove which between work behavior, technology, and workenvironment that affect employee productivity This study tested the hypothesis that thereis influence of work behavior on performance, to performance, there is influence oftechnology to performance, there influence of work environment to performance, thereinfluence of work behavior, leadership style, technology and work environment simultantto performance and variable dominant effect on performance at CV. The result of the research shows that work behavior hassignificant effect on productivity, technology has no significant effect on productivity, workenvironment has no significant effect on productivity, simultaneously work behavior,technology and work environment have significant effect on productivity at CV. The result of multiple regression analysis is Y = 2,518 +0,668X1 - 0,067X2 + 239X3 The result of coefficient of determination shows that 52,9%employee performance can be explained by work behavior variable, leadership style,technology and work environment. While the rest is 47.1% employee performance isinfluenced by other variables that are not examined in this study. The limitation of thisresearch is to investigate the influence of work variable, work technology and workenvironment, while other variables affecting productivity are expected to be investigatedby the next researcher.
