Human resources are life attitudes or human ways of life that underlie a view of life that rests on the value of commendable behavior, which gives positive power to humans to always succeed in work. The purpose of this study is to determine discipline, competence and interpersonal communication simultaneously or partially. The sampling technique used in the research sampling technique used is simple saturation where the sampling technique is when all members of the population are sampled. And the sample used was 41 respondents from PAUD teachers in Sukodono District. The data used in this study include primary data. There are 2 variables in this study namely independent and dependent variables. Independent variables include discipline, competence and interpersonal communication. Whereas acting as the dependent variable is the teacher's performance. The results of this study partially show that the discipline and competency variables affect teacher performance but interpersonal communication variables do not affect teacher performance while simultaneously indicating that the variables of discipline, competence and interpersonal communication affect ther performance of teachers in PAUD throughout Sukodono District.
