Pengaruh Motivasi Dan Komitmen Serta Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Produktivitas Kerja Karyawan Pada Kantor Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja Di Lumajang
Managing human resources should treat employees in accordance with the prevailing norms that will provide a sense of justice to the people involved. Humane treatment will give employees a strong motivation to advance the company. To promote the company, commitment must be formed and discipline must be owned by every employee. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of motivation and commitment and work discipline to work productivity of employees either partially or simultaneously, research conducted on 30 officers of civil service police unit in lumajang by using multiple linear regression analysis technique, the result shows that partially only work discipline affect the work productivity of employees. While simultaneously motivation and commitment and work discipline have an effect on the coefficient of determination of 2.58%.
