Pengaruh Kualitas Produk, Pelayanan dan Harga Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen (Studi Kasus Pada Usaha Kuliner Bakso H. Sabar Yosowilangun)
The purpose of this research is to examine effect of product quality, service and price partially and together towards to the customer satisfaction. product quality, service and price as independenvariabel and customer satisfaction as dependenvariabel. Types of this research is quantitative, population on this research is the meetballs that had eaten in the meetbals H. Sabar with the sample is forty people. Data analysis that used is multiple linear regression, instrumens test and classic assumption test.The result of research product quality have t value 2,685 ( sig. 0,011 < 0,05)service have t value 1,139 ( sig. 0,262 > 0,05) pricehave t value 0,385 ( sig. 0,702 > 0,05). Showed that product quality partially significant effect on the customer satisfaction, while service and price partially not significant effect on the customer satisfaction. And togetherproduct quality, service and price take significant effect on customer satisfaction. This is Evidence by F4,472(sig0,009 < 0,05).
